Today I am sharing with you my favorite chicken recipe. This is by far the easiest recipe to make, with only 3 ingredients AND it is delicious!
Nichole
For the recipe all you need is:
2 Chicken breasts
1/3 cup Cranberry Sauce (you can use jellied, whole cranberry or homemade)
1/3 cup Catalina Dressing
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a glass dish with non-stick cooking spray and lay chicken breast in the dish
Mix the Cranberry Sauce and the Catalina Dressing together in a small bowl
Coat both sides of the chicken with sauce
Cook chicken for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked
Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable and ENJOY!

Yummm, yummmm does that sound and look good. I'm gonna have to try that. Not sure how the hubs will like the cranberry sauce but think if I don't tell him what I'm putting in it he'll like it. Go figure. You sure come up with some great recipes. This one I can afford to buy the ingredients for sure. Looking forward to eating some good different tasting chicken. We eat alot of chicken at our house so finding a different way to fix it would be great. Happy 2013
ReplyDeleteThank you :) The cranberry sauce isn't very powering. It really just tastes like a sweet sauce more than a Cranberry sauce. I hope he likes it!
DeleteI love this recipe. I also put onion soup mix in when I make it!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great idea, I never really thought about adding seasonings but that would be nice since onion soup mix would go well with a sweet flavor. Thanks for that idea :)
DeleteOoh! Thank you for posting this- it looks delicious. I'll have to add it to my meal plan for next week.
