Dijon Mustard Chicken

One of my favorite chicken recipes right now that I have put together is....

Dijon Mustard Chicken

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

*Mix all the ingredients except the chicken together in a small bowl.
*Grease an oven safe dish, lay chicken breast in the dish and coat a good amount of the sauce on the chicken. Flip the chicken over and coat the other side with the rest of the sauce.
*Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes (depending on thickness of chicken)
*Serve with rice and some vegetable
