Tutorial: Minnie Mouse Ear Hair Clips
The countdown is nearly over until we are in Disneyland celebrating our daughters 3rd birthday! Of course we are not going with out making some fun hair bows and accessories. Take a look at these adorable Minnie Mouse ear hair clips that I made.
I originally made these for just my daughter then I fell in love with them and had to make myself some.
Once my Mom saw them she said all us girls in the family that are going need them so I am off to making more!
Here are the instructions to make your own:
Cut out 4 circles in black felt and hot glue two of them together
Make two pink polka dot bows or you can buy them premade
Hot glue the bows to the bottom of the felt circles
Hot glue the bottom of the circle below the bow on top of an alligator clip
See picture below
Here is our little Princess wearing them in Disneyland
Here are a few other bows I made for the trip :)
Thanks for visiting,
Nichole

DeleteThis are so very cute! My 12yo said she wants to make some for our 3yo.
ReplyDeleteThank you! They are really fun, I hope your kids like them :)
DeleteThese are adorable (so's your model), and they look so much more comfortable than a headband. I've seen mouse-ear headbands, but my kids never want to wear them very long. I'm so happy that you visited and linked up at One Creative Weekend at OneCreativeMommy.com. The next party starts tonight at 8:00 PM MST. I hope you'll be back.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much :) They were a LOT easier to wear than a headband. I wore them on the trip as well and I cannot stand wearing headbands. Will be back this week to join the party!
