Today I am sharing this delicious and VERY simple Cheesy Ravioli Recipe. This is great for those nights that you need to cook dinner but must do it fast!
1 package refrigerated raviolis (about 9oz)
1/2 Red bell pepper chopped small
4oz Chives and Onion cream cheese
1/2 cup frozen peas
Parmesan cheese to top
Cook raviolis as directed on package, drain pasta reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
Cook peppers in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes, add peas and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/3 cups of the reserved water to the pan and add the cream cheese.
Constantly stir until the cheese is melted, if the sauce is too thick add more of the water. Let simmer 2-3 minutes then pour over the raviolis and ENJOY!
